So viewing this page in internet explorer compared to firefox shows 3 differences.

1. The top of the WYSIWYG editor meats the top of the div in IE
2. The right click menu for the WYSIWYG editor is in the correct place in IE
3. The background colour of the WYSWYG editor is the correct colour in IE
